Deleting your data

If you’re a buyer

Email hello@bentamax.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us the store you bought from and the name on your Facebook account, so we can find your comments, messages and orders. We’ll delete them within 30 days and reply to confirm.

If you’re a seller

1. To stop bentamax reading your Page: on Facebook, open your Page’s Settings → Business integrations, find bentamax and remove it. We stop receiving your comments and messages straight away.
2. To delete your store and everything in it, email hello@bentamax.com from the address you sign in with. We’ll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

If you signed up for the waitlist

Email hello@bentamax.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll remove you.
